Responsibilities:

• Progressed from Associate Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer over the course of ~3 years, now leading a 6-engineer Platform Team and setting technical direction for shared platform capabilities on our product Ejento.
• Delivered major platform initiatives including LLM cost visibility & governance, fine-grained Permission Sets authorization, an Agent Staging & Publishing lifecycle, and a client-agnostic MCP server with ReBAC authorization.
• Grew into engineering leadership, mentoring and managing teams of 4-6 engineers while owning technical roadmaps, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment between product and engineering.
• Built early foundational capabilities such as a multi-lingual form builder, unified reporting/export system, and Swagger-first API standardization, earning the DOT Award for consistent delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with the Engineering team to enhance features of existing projects
• Learned the .NET framework in 3 weeks to get started on the role
• Designed and coded the delivery mechanism in a project using Google Map APIs
• Resolved bugs assigned by QA on a daily basis, covering issues related to front end, back end, and database

• Contributed ideas that were adopted in the design of a new product, enhancing its usability.
• Coded components and pages using MUI library for the product's website which we were redesigning with React.
